2.1 Social Media Content Creation with Consulting and Follow-Up

A customized service to enhance your digital presence on social media. This service includes consulting to optimize profiles, monthly performance reports, and strategic analysis to improve results month over month.

We also provide clients access to our own digital program on content creation. It includes chat support from Monday to Wednesday for quick questions.

The service may include short-form video editing and cover/thumbnail design, but it does not include uploading the videos or managing audience interactions.

This service will vary depending on the client’s needs, and its scope is subject to the commercial services agreement executed with each client.

2.2 Digital Consulting

We offer personalized consulting to improve our clients’ digital presence, including video-call advisory sessions and delivery of supporting documents. We do not carry out direct implementation of improvements; the client is responsible for applying the recommended changes by their own means.

2.3 Instagram and Facebook Ads

We manage advertising campaigns on Instagram and Facebook Ads, including creative development, scripting, and monthly optimization of ads. We provide monthly performance tracking and continuous improvement recommendations.

3. Pricing and Payment Policies

We offer various plans and service packages, with prices varying according to each client’s needs. By contracting our services, the client agrees to pay the corresponding amount under the established terms.

3.1 Service Payments

Services from MIA'S EMPIRE 11 LLC are billed monthly in advance. Service will begin once payment is confirmed. The client authorizes automatic charges to their credit or debit card unless the service has been canceled with 30 days’ prior notice. Subsequent payments are due every 28 days after the first payment.

3.2 Cancellations and Refunds

No refunds will be issued for services already rendered. Cancellations of recurring services must be notified at least 30 days before the billing date to avoid additional charges. Failure to meet this deadline will result in automatic billing for the following month.

4. Website Use

Users who wish to access our services must register on our website or calendar to schedule an initial assessment call with our team. During this process, we will request data such as name, contact information, and other relevant details to evaluate their needs as a potential client.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Clients who hire our services can expect a significant improvement in their digital presence as a result of our strategies, but outcomes also depend on the client’s effective collaboration and implementation of our recommendations.

MIA'S EMPIRE 11 LLC does not guarantee specific results if the client:

Does not properly follow our recommendations; or

Does not collaborate by providing the materials necessary for service execution.

We also do not guarantee that services will be uninterrupted or entirely error-free. The performance of campaigns and digital strategies partly depends on external factors beyond our control, such as changes to social media and search platform algorithms.

Marketing services require phases of research, implementation, and observation to allow for adaptation. In the case of organic marketing (without paid ads), a period of 3 to 6 months may be required to achieve noticeable results.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will be published on our website and take effect immediately upon posting. We recommend clients review the Terms and Conditions periodically.
